Perfect for stem and seat binder bolts, Pedro's Micrometer style torque wrench makes an audible "click" when one reaches the desired torque setting on the handle. Quarter-inch drive, chrome vanadium ratchet gear and head are heat treated to last. Pedros Demi Torque Wrench is adjustable from 3 - 15 Nm and is accurate to within +/- 4 percent.
